For now, we only cover the State of Florida in the United States. We service the following counties: Pinellas and Manatee. We will be servicing Hillsborough County by the end of summer.
Most of our service fees are negotiated between clients and us with no set price. This usually comes after we have inspected the services required and provided an estimate. Notwithstanding, our service fee starts from $1 depending on the service required.
Yes, CL-TEC has business insurance. We are a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the State of Florida. Insurance will cover such losses in the event of any missing item or damage in your home due to the services provided.
Our services come with certain guarantees. We guarantee you that we will provide them according to industry standards. If, however, our services are unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a refund of the service fees minus other payment expenses.
Usually, you are required to pay the service fees after CL-TEC completes the services. However, you have the option to pay the full or negotiated amount before we provide the service during appointment booking.
Payments are made in-person, by invoice, or through the CL-TEC website. It depends on your preference and situation. Suppose payment is to be made via our website. In that case, the accepted payment methods are PayPal and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). If the payment is in-person, the accepted payment methods are Cash, PayPal, Contactless (tap and pay), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
CL-TEC offers a wide range of home repair, maintenance, and other handyman services, such as yard cleaning, gutter cleaning, moving help, installations, lawn mowing, and floorings within the home. We also offer IT services, including, but not limited to, home networking, computer repair, and general web development. You can book any service from the comfort of your home, and we will respond accordingly.
For precision and accuracy, we usually go over to our clients’ houses to provide the estimates. However, we will also have an online option where clients show us videos or pictures of the project via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or email.
Yes, all handymen are trusted. We conduct a thorough background check on all handymen before we employ them. If, however, you were unable to account for an item in your home or something is missing during the time of the services, then we will bear the cost of your loss. CL-TEC has business insurance that covers such losses.
CL-TEC can bear the fees and purchase of the materials needed to complete the services, or you can, depending on the agreement between us and your budget.
Booking an appointment with CL-TEC is easy. Scroll down to the “Book Appointment” button at the bottom of the website and click on it. Provide the required information in the form provided, including the services you need, your preferred handyman, the date, your name, and contact information, then click on “Confirm” below to complete it. It depends on the type of IT services you require. For example, if you require a hardware repair or home networking, we will need to send a handyman over to you. We can provide you with service online without meeting with you in-person for IT services such as web or app development.
